Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Mechanical Service Technician based in Springdale, AR. The Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks for HVAC and plumbing systems, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and carrying out troubleshooting in a variety of settings. The role also involves field service visits to client sites, ensuring that systems operate efficiently and effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional interaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair to address HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system malfunctions efficiently
- Proficiency in Field Service roles, including on-site evaluations and hands-on repairs
- Customer Service skills to interact professionally and clearly with clients
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices to prolong system lifespan
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Relevant certifications in HVAC or plumbing are a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or apprenticeship is preferred
