Gold Level Marketing is hiring an entry level Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Verizon campaign in Lakewood Ranch, FL.
No previous telecommunications experience is required. This entry-level opportunity includes hands-on training designed to help you develop strong customer service, communication, account support, and sales skills.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will meet directly with customers throughout the Sarasota area, answer questions about their accounts, review service availability, and help them understand Verizon’s internet and connectivity options. You will serve as a focal point of contact while guiding customers toward services that fit their household needs.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Specialist:
- Meet with customers in person and provide friendly, professional account support
- Answer questions about Verizon services, promotions, pricing, and account eligibility
- Help customers understand available upgrades, service benefits, and enrollment steps
- As a Customer Support Specialist, explain Verizon products clearly without using confusing technical language
- Assist customers throughout the application and account setup process
- Follow up on customer questions to create a positive overall experience
- Participate in Customer Support Specialist training sessions, campaign updates, and team meetings
