Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brea, CA for a Motorcoach Operator. The Motorcoach Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of motor coaches, ensuring passengers’ comfort and safety during transportation. Daily tasks include adhering to schedules, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining high safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service to passengers. Operators may drive local or long-distance routes and are expected to uphold the company's commitment to quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience in Truck Driving and Bus operation
- Knowledge of Defensive Driving techniques and the ability to ensure passenger safety at all times
- Driver Training or coaching experience to maintain compliance with transportation regulations
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism and a positive passenger experience
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with necessary endorsements
- Clean driving record and ability to pass required background checks
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in the transportation or hospitality industry is a plus
