What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Medical Receptionist Float position at Gold Coast Physical Therapy?
Gold Coast Physical Therapy is hiring full-time medical receptionists to float to our centers in Palm Beach County. This position is primarily based at our headquarters in West Palm Beach but also requires working in multiple centers over the course of the week. Aspiring physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Scheduling
- Payment collection in an EMR system
- New patient registration
- Assisting the clinical team
- Projecting a warm, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions
Schedule: Must be able to work during the hours of operation in our centers.
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 7 PM
- Tuesday, Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
