Responsibilities include:
- Management of center operations with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Cultivating & providing comprehensive care in a PT/PTA team dynamic
- Growing center caseload to facilitate the expansion of clinical staff
- Building strong rapport and relationships with referral sources and local community
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mentorship & training of center staff
