Job Description
- Ensure the security of guest rooms and their contents.
- Establish and delegate work assignments to Guest Room Attendants.
- Train and coach Guest Room Attendants on the proper methods and standards expected in cleaning guest rooms.
- Perform inspections of rooms to ensure that company and departmental standards are consistently met.
- Update room status and complete requisite departmental paperwork.
- Notify housekeeping office of any repairs needed in guest rooms.
- Handle guest requests quickly and efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
