We are seeking a friendly and dependable Jewelry Sales Associate to assist customers and support daily store operations. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with their jewelry selection.
- Answer product questions and explain features, promotions, and financing options.
- Process sales, invoices, layaways, and other transactions.
- Maintain clean and organized jewelry displays and sales areas.
- Provide professional customer service and help meet store sales goals.
- Follow company procedures and assist with general store duties.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working with customers and discussing products.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Previous retail, sales, or jewelry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to participate in TikTok sales is preferred, but not required. Candidates who are comfortable appearing on TikTok and promoting jewelry through live or short-form content will be given preference.
Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week.
- Two days off per week.
- Store hours: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.
- Closing shifts may be required.
