Bilingual Pawn & Gold Buying Associate

Compradores de Oro is expanding throughout Northwest Arkansas and is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish team member to join our team.

This is an Associate position with paid training and opportunities to learn and develop new skills. As our company continues to grow and open new locations, there may be opportunities for advancement in the future for employees who demonstrate strong performance and potential.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers with pawn loans, purchases, and sales
• Buy and evaluate gold, silver, jewelry, electronics, tools, and other merchandise
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Learn our business through paid training
• Keep the store organized and professional

What We’re Looking For

• English & Spanish bilingual
• Must be willing to work at either our Rogers or Springdale location.
• Friendly, dependable, and honest
• Great with people and customer service
• Motivated to learn and develop
• Retail, sales, pawn, or jewelry experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be available to work weekends, including Sundays
