Position
- Gold & Precious Metals Buyer at Gold Buyers on Broadway
Description
- Accurately purchase gold, silver, and other precious metals at appropriate prices (Extensive training provided)
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maximize the overall profitability of the company
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with government-mandated transaction reporting
- Discuss customer feedback with management
- Encourage a positive image of the company
- Promote and maximize opportunities utilizing the company website and social media
- Ensure that all financial records match perfectly
- Any other duties as required by the company owners
Experience
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or working directly with the public
- Minimum 18 years old required
- Excellent, proven, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic office computer equipment and software
Compensation
- $15.00/hour (may be higher depending on experience)
