Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for jewelry and a knack for organization? We are looking for a versatile Studio Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of creative hands-on work, customer interaction, and administrative tasks.
You will be a vital part of our daily operations, ensuring our wholesale and retail customers are well-taken care of and our jewelry reaches its new home perfectly packaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from both wholesale and retail clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Jewelry Production: Assist in the assembly and creation of jewelry pieces (training provided, but a steady hand and eye for detail are a must!).
- Shipping & Logistics: Carefully package jewelry orders and manage the shipping process to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Office Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory checks, and maintaining a tidy studio environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication: Comfortable speaking on the phone and providing top-tier service.
- Hand Dexterity: Ability to work with small components and tools for jewelry assembly.
- Reliability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a self-directed environment.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills for processing shipping labels and office tasks.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a craft-based environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
