Whether through their existing brokerage accounts and trading systems, our institutional portals, or our direct-to-consumer retail interface.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Client Relationship Representative reports to the Sr. Client Relationship Manager and supports the team's efforts to generate, maintain, and expand business opportunities with new. This position provides exposure to High Net Worth client management while learning industry best practices.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport lead generation efforts and assist in converting prospective customersExecute outbound sales strategies as directed by senior team membersLearn and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clientsProvide exceptional customer service to precious metals investorsAssist in managing client contact lists and maintaining regular follow-up schedulesRecord and track sales activities and client interactionsSupport high-net-worth customers with professional, attentive serviceRespond to customer inquiries and identify their needsBuild positive relationships through clear and helpful communicationAccurately document all customer interactions in the CRM systemAssist marketing team with sales campaign executionParticipate in training programs to develop product knowledge and sales skillsSupport senior team members with special projects as neededREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree or equivalent experience2-4 years of sales experience (financial services preferred)Experience in the precious metals space preferred but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms (HubSpot)Strong verbal and written communication skillsGood listening skills and customer-focused mindsetDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentProfessional demeanor suitable for high-net-worth client interactionWilling to re-locate / Must report in-office a minimum of 3 days a week to the Savannah, GA officeBenefitsOpportunity for career growth and professional development in a rapidly growing company.Ability to work hybrid.Direct influence on the course of the business and day-to-day operations.This position offers a base salary plus commission, paid monthly based on sales performance.Benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401k, and more.Paid time off.This position is ideal for individuals with some experience in financial services sales, offering opportunities for further growth and development within the company.Comprehensive training will be provided to help you excel in this role.
