Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing (Purchasing) Support Administrator to assist operations by creating and maintaining process procedures in the form of SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support manufacturing operations
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely material and parts availability
- Create purchase orders, including receiving goods and following up with vendors
- Resolve receiving discrepancies and inventory issues
- Support inventory control activities, including audits and record accuracy
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in purchasing, inventory, or manufacturing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
