Bilingual Warehouse Administrator / Forklift Operator

Gojob is hiring an Warehouse Clerk/Forklift Operator in Canal Winchester, OH. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented bilingual Warehouse Administrator who can also operate a sit down forklift and assist with warehouse operations. This dual-role position involves coordinating administrative duties such as inventory tracking, shipping/receiving documentation, and reporting, while also performing hands-on warehouse tasks including forklift operation, loading/unloading, and maintaining a safe and organized facility.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Update and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Generate reports on stock levels, order statuses, and warehouse activities.
• Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and other documentation.

  Forklift Operations
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials as required.
• Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 or more years warehouse or logistics experience required; inventory, WMS, shipping and receiving
• Bilingual preferred
• Certified to operate sit down forklift
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to balance office responsibilities with physical warehouse tasks.
