Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Update and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse activities.
- Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and shipping documentation.
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with audits, compliance checks, and process improvement initiatives.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA standards.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required.
- Forklift experience required.
- Administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
