Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
• Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing food and beverages efficiently
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed during food preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues quickly to ensure satisfaction

Experience

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
