The Role: Rental Operations & Fleet Prep Specialist
This is a hands-on, outdoor-focused position responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining rental units so they're clean, safe, and ready for customers. You'll work primarily on the lot and in prep areas, ensuring every unit meets GoGo Rental standards before it leaves the property.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in details, and likes seeing clear results at the end of each day.
Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to):
- Prepare rental units (RVs, campers, trailers, and equipment) for outgoing reservations
- Clean, inspect, and restock units between rentals
- Perform basic operational checks (tires, lights, batteries, propane levels, water systems, etc.)
- Stage units cleanly and consistently on the lot for presentation and access
- Assist with customer walkthroughs and basic equipment explanations
- Identify maintenance issues and communicate them to management or service teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot and prep area
- Safely move, park, and maneuver trailers and RVs on the property
- Support daily operations to keep the rental schedule on track
- Represent GoGo Rental with professionalism and attention to detail

- Comfort working outdoors in Arizona heat and sun
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day
- Willingness to learn RVs, trailers, and rental equipment
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset
- Clear communication skills for customer walkthroughs
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with RVs, campers, trailers, or outdoor equipment
- Mechanical aptitude or basic maintenance experience
- Lot, warehouse, automotive, or outdoor recreation background
- Experience maneuvering trailers or large vehicles
