一、Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities:

Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch
Manage and train warehouse associates to ensure high performance, safety, and compliance
Monitor KPIs such as fulfillment accuracy, on-time dispatch, and productivity
Assist with setting up warehouse layout, process design, and equipment configuration
Coordinate with HQ teams and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and information
Implement safety protocols and lead regular safety checks and compliance reviews
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide real-time solutions
Maintain clear and organized operational records and reports
Requirements：

Previous experience in warehouse/logistics operations
Fluent in both English and Chinese (required) to communicate with bilingual teams and managementStrong understanding of warehouse SOPs, inventory flow, and team supervision
Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a hands-on, start-up warehouse environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with WMS or inventory tracking systems is a plus

二、Returns Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Design efficient delivery routes for drivers to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency.
- Track and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels.
- Handle the processing of returned packages across various states.
- Communicate with recipients to verify correct addresses and update spreadsheets accordingly.
- Maintain and update documents and forms, ensuring accurate records of recipient information.
- Initiate redelivery orders and ensure goods are restocked accurately.
- Manage and resolve issues related to exception packages.
- Coordinate with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to handle and resolve issues with exception packages.
- Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is essential.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.
- Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- English is required.
