Operation Specialist

Schedule:

5:30am - 2pm

Full-time / On-site (Lewisville, TX & Coppell, TX)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, onboard, and build long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
• Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services.
• Provide daily operational support to DSPs, addressing issues and ensuring smooth delivery processes.
• Monitor package deliveries to ensure accurate tracking and on-time performance.
• Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and align on delivery strategies.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English or Spanish and English (Required).
• Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, or a related field (experience with DSPs is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with logistics systems and industry regulations is preferred.
• Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
