• 监控包裹配送情况，确保跟踪信息准确、配送准时。
• 处理配送相关问题，维护高水平的客户满意度。
• 分析运营绩效指标，识别流程优化机会。
• 确保 DSP 遵守公司政策、合同要求及行业标准。
• 与内部团队协作，确保配送策略一致。

任职资格：

• 具备物流运营或供应商管理经验（有 DSP 经验者优先）。
• 具备出色的谈判、沟通与问题解决能力。
• 能在快节奏环境中同时管理多项任务。
• 了解物流系统及行业法规者优先。
• 教育背景：物流、供应链管理、数据分析、工程或相关领域优先。

We are hiring a Station Operations Specialist to manage delivery service providers (DSPs), optimize logistics processes, and ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and onboard DSPs, building strong, long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and service prices with DSPs.
• Assist with daily DSP operations and provide operational support.
• Monitor package deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking and on-time delivery.
• Resolve delivery-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify process improvements.
• Ensure DSP compliance with policies, contracts, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on delivery strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics operations or vendor management (DSPs preferred) preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of logistics systems and industry regulations is a plus.
• Education: Preferred background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or related fields.
