[Job Responsibilities]
1. Operational Support: Follow up on and resolve complex issues within regional warehouses; address warehouse requirements; oversee the implementation of new projects, including site surveys, layout planning, capacity assessment, and the allocation of personnel and equipment.
2. Efficiency and Cost Optimization: Analyze regional operational data to identify bottlenecks; develop and drive improvement initiatives to enhance labor productivity and reduce per-order costs.
3. Quality and Compliance: Monitor warehouse safety, quality, and compliance standards; ensure the rectification of identified issues; and assist with local government inspections.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with client, quality control, and commercial teams to facilitate the resolution of operational issues.
5. Training and Empowerment: Provide training on processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and improvement tools for frontline managers in warehousing and transportation operations.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in logistics, supply chain management, or industrial engineering is preferred.
2. 3 years of experience in logistics operations, project implementation, or warehouse/distribution management; prior experience with new warehouse launches and optimization projects is a plus.
3. Proficient in warehousing/transportation processes and safety regulations, with a strong ability to map out and standardize operational workflows.
4. Strong project management, cross-team communication, and execution capabilities.
5. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI); familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
