Job Overview

GOFO is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our warehouse operations team in New Jersey.

This position focuses on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of warehouse sorting equipment, conveyor systems, and related machinery to ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidates with experience in industrial machinery maintenance, mechanical equipment repair, conveyor systems, or warehouse equipment maintenance are encouraged to apply.

Mandarin proficiency is required for daily workplace communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on sorting equipment and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and adjust mechanical parts and components.
• Respond to unexpected equipment breakdowns and provide timely maintenance support.
• Work closely with warehouse operations teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain records of equipment inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment repair, or related technical work.
• Experience with conveyor systems, sorting equipment, warehouse automation, or similar machinery is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic equipment repairs independently.
• Familiarity with common maintenance tools, mechanical components, and equipment adjustments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is required.
