HR Recruiter (Mandarin as required)

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment / 全流程招聘管理

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for warehouse, operations, and office positions, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and offers.

负责从发布职位、简历筛选、组织面试到发放 Offer 的完整招聘流程，涵盖仓储、运营及办公室岗位；

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.

与用人部门协作，明确招聘需求并制定招聘策略；

• Schedule and conduct interviews in both English and Chinese when needed.

根据岗位需要安排并进行中英文面试；

2. Talent Sourcing / 人才寻访与储备

• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.

通过招聘平台、社交媒体、员工内推等多渠道吸引合适人才；

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume or key positions.

针对高频次或关键岗位建立并维护人才储备库；

3. Offer & Onboarding / Offer发放与入职协调

• Coordinate offer preparation, negotiation, and acceptance processes.

协调Offer拟定、沟通及录用确认过程；

• Support onboarding by coordinating new hire documentation and orientation scheduling.

协助新员工入职流程，包括资料准备、系统录入和入职培训安排；

4. Employer Branding & Compliance / 雇主品牌与合规支持

• Assist in employer branding initiatives to improve company visibility in the talent market.

协助推动雇主品牌建设，提升公司在招聘市场的知名度；

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and local employment regulations.

确保招聘流程符合公司制度及当地劳动法规；

5. Reporting & Optimization / 数据分析与流程优化

• Track key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source of hire) and generate reports for management.

追踪并分析关键招聘数据，为管理层提供数据支持；

• Continuously review and optimize recruitment procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.

持续优化招聘流程，提升招聘效率与候选人体验。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

人力资源、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；

• 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industry.

1年招聘经验，有物流、仓储或制造业招聘经验者优先；

• Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written); able to interview and communicate professionally in both languages.

中英文听说读写流利，能熟练进行中英文面试及沟通；

• Familiar with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, really, 51Job, BOSS直聘, etc.)

熟悉主流招聘平台；

• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

具备优秀的沟通协调能力、抗压能力和时间管理能力；

• Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

工作细致，具备良好的职业操守与保密意识。

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
