Legal Intake Specialist

Location: Hybrid – West Hartford, CT

Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

** This job requires in person training Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for the first 30 days of employment**

Goff Law Group is a fast-growing personal injury law firm known for our client-first approach and collaborative team culture. We’re looking for a motivated Intake Specialist to be the welcoming voice for potential clients and a key player in our Intake & Client Services team.

What You’ll Do:

· Be the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone and online

· Conduct detailed intake interviews and assess case viability

· Accurately input and manage client data in our case management system

· Schedule consultations and follow up with leads

· Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth onboarding

· Deliver empathetic, professional service every step of the way

What You Bring to the Table:

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism

· Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy

· Experience with Microsoft Office and case management software (e.g., Lead Docket, Filevine, Litify)

· High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
