Our law firm is seeking a motivated Legal Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and a key player in ensuring smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
· Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office and conference room spaces.
· Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
· Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
· Assist clients with inquiries and ensure they feel welcomed.
· Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
· Prepare and organize conference rooms for meetings, depositions, and mediations.
· Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) in compliance with legal standards.
· Process incoming and outgoing mail and digital fax transmissions.
· Assist in administrative tasks, such as, data entry, filing and photocopying.
· Support office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.
What You Bring to the Table:
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· High school diploma required.
· Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, preferably in a legal or professional service environment.
Bonus Points For:
· Experience managing high call volumes.
· Familiarity with personal injury terminology.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
