Here's a summary of what you will do as a PLUMBING SERVICE APPRENTICE:

• Assist lead plumbing technician in all jobs; be efficient and accurate.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Demonstrate you are professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Assist in properly staging jobs; adhering to quality checklist.
• Support lead plumbing technician in maintaining a clean, organized job site and accurate truck inventory.
• Participate actively in all on-the-job training and formal exercises to master the trade.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork
• Perform all work with accuracy and attention to detail, leaving the customer’s home better than you found it
  
  

Requirements:

• 6 MONTHS APPRENTICE EXPERIENCE (sorry we cannot accept new grads at this time)
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills.
• Progressive and committed work history
• Proven ability to work within a TEAM structure
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail.
• Comfortable with digital tools, email, MS Office, and business software.
• For your safety, you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand and crawl for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces
• Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights & weekends)
