Summary
Goerpixel (under Goer Group) is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior/Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the Microdisplay (e.g., MicroOLED, MicroLED, etc.) industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding client relationships, driving sales growth, and driving the product development team to deliver on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key customers to ensure smooth execution of new and existing opportunities.
- Own RFQ/RFP response and business negotiations on project award processes.
- Manage and complete SOW and other contractual negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with customer needs on both technical specifications and product development schedule.
- Stay informed about product features, technical specifications, and industry advancements to effectively communicate with clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our display solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in display industry or semiconductor industry. Experience in Microdisplay industry is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of display technologies, trends, and market dynamics. Hands-on engineering experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluent in conversational Mandarin is highly desired.
- The base pay range for this role is between $144,813.00 and $189,222.00 annually and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
