Sales Support Administrator

GoEngineer is a provider of the most compelling design platforms in the industry, deploying engineering software and 3D Printing technology to make the design process innovative, efficient, and intelligent.

GoEngineer is seeking a motivated candidate that will provide operational support to our Subscription Renewal Team. Duties will include auditing renewal quotes, making phone calls to customers, and processing payments. This position requires an ability to manage a high volume of quote creation requests with exceptional attention to details. The individual will play an essential role in assisting the department with achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal goals.

Your key contributions in this role will be:

• Work directly with the Renewals Team to aid in all customer related matters.
• Prepare and revise the renewal letters, quotations, and notifications.
• Contact customers directly to ensure the best contact received initial renewal notice.
• Proficiently process payments received by customers and submit orders to Order Management.
• Ensure CRM system is kept up to date with customer contact information as well as product and sales data.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven customer service or support experience, preferably in a subscription service or similar industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Empathetic and patient, with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
