What You’ll Do:
- MIG weld steel components for dump truck bodies and accessories
- Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings
- Ensure welds meet quality standards—clean, consistent, and strong
- Collaborate with fitters, fabricators, and production staff to meet daily goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Welding experience (MIG required; stick and TIG are a plus)
- Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints
- Attention to detail and a commitment to doing it right the first time
- Team-player mindset and good communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Welding test required during the hiring process.

The standard work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch, plus overtime as required to meet business needs.
