What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping our facility and equipment operating at peak performance, including:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Maintain welding equipment, fabrication machinery, cranes, hoists, and material-handling systems
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Perform facility maintenance, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and building repairs
• Follow and promote OSHA and company safety standards at all times
• Document maintenance activities and communicate issues proactively with supervisors
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with welding equipment, motors, conveyors, and fabrication machinery is a plus
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and work orders
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow with a team-oriented organization
