What You’ll Do:
- Apply powder coat finishes to steel and aluminum parts using proper techniques and equipment
- Inspect parts before and after coating to ensure a clean, even finish
- Set up and operate paint booths, ovens, and spray systems
- Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in industrial powder coating or automotive painting (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person)
- Familiarity with spray guns, booths, curing ovens, and proper surface prep (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person)
- Attention to detail and consistency—every finish matters
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality
