We are searching for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Department Supervisor who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty while leading others. This is a working supervisor role, responsible for guiding two maintenance employees and ensuring that our facility, equipment, and fleet stay in top condition.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and work alongside a team of two maintenance technicians
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all plant buildings, machinery, and production equipment
- Manage and maintain forklifts, automobiles, and hauling vehicles
- Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly to minimize downtime
- Organize daily tasks, preventative maintenance schedules, and special projects
- Promote a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment

Schedule: Monday – Thursday (6:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.), with overtime as needed
