Godshall’s is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations at our Allentown location. This role is essential in keeping communication, documentation, and internal processes running smoothly—especially during high-volume periods.
About the Role
As our Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and vendors, assist our AR/AP teams, maintain employee and customer records, and support management with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and responding to emails
- Maintain and update accurate customer account records
- Assist AR/AP teams with documentation and data entry during peak periods
- Help maintain employee files to ensure complete and compliant records
- Organize, file, and support documentation processes
- Assist with internal compliance and adherence to industry standards
- Provide administrative support to management on special projects and daily operations
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
