What your future day will look like:

• Lead teams responsible for integrations, applications, databases, reporting, automation, and technical support.
• Coach developers, balance workloads, support career growth, and help teams work through challenging technical decisions.
• Establish standards for architecture, development, testing, security, documentation, and system reliability.
• Guide projects from intake and planning through delivery, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
• Review emerging technologies and improve tools, processes, controls, and development practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work, resolve obstacles, communicate progress, and align solutions with business needs.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Experience leading technical teams and software or data initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Python, databases, APIs, automation, reporting, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and modern development practices.
• Understanding of architecture, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
