Investment Operations Coordinator

Salary: $60,000-$85,000 bonus

• What your future day will look like:Coordinate and execute investment transactions including trades, transfers, settlements, and distributions with precision.
• Monitor cash activity, trade settlements, and reconciliations across multiple financial systems.
• Maintain detailed operational records to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting by preparing documentation related to securities and audit standards.
• Review activity for risk or irregularities and support fraud prevention and SOX-aligned controls.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying efficiency opportunities within systems and workflows.

Type: Direct Hire

• To be a champion in this role, you will need:Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (or comparable registrations)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience working in investment operations, financial services, or securities support roles
• Strong understanding of securities regulations, compliance standards, and operational controls
• Proficiency working with investment or financial software platforms
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex financial data accurately
