Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join run the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring safety and accuracy. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or warehouse management systems is highly preferred.
Duties
- Perform order picking using RF scanners and other warehouse management tools to accurately select items for customer orders.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of products with heavy lifting techniques.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through shipping & receiving procedures and warehouse management systems.
- Assist with the organization of warehouse space, including stacking pallets and managing materials handling equipment.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and mechanical knowledge protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support shipping & receiving activities by preparing orders for dispatch and verifying shipment accuracy.
Pay: $22.23 - $26.78 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
