What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Associate position at Buffalo Print Co?
We’re hiring for our shipping department and looking for someone who wants to be part of a fast-moving, positive team! This role is essential to keeping our orders moving and our customers happy.
What You’ll Do:
- Grab and check inventory against packing slips
- Pack and prepare shipments with accuracy and care
- Keep the shipping area organized and ready for the next order
- Work closely with the team to keep things moving during a busy season
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn—no prior experience required (training provided)
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently - This is a fast-paced environment. We strive to get all orders printed & shipped within 48 hours.
- Must be able to pass a background check and we are a drug-free/smoke-free environment.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday
- 20–30 hours per week
- $16/hour starting pay
