Electrical Project Manager (5+ yrs exp req)

Godfrey Electric Inc is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee Commercial construction projects in Palm Beach, Martin and St Lucie County.

This is a salary based position.

Job Responsibilities

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in the electrical field
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred: certification is required for this role and must be obtained upon hire if not currently held
• Proficient with computers and common industry software (McCormick, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Manage projects from start to completion including submittal process, ordering, RFI’s, change orders, billing, etc.
• Creating plans to adhere to job schedule.
• Making effective decisions with field superintendent for how to progress with the project.
• Being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure that projects remain in-scope and meets budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
• Provide project status updates every 2 weeks with management.
• Ensure adherence to project contracts, specifications, and documents.
• Communicate with field team to define project requirements and expectations.
• Strong customer service skills
• MUST qualify for school board and county badging
• Resolve technical and operational issues as required.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record required
