Duties

- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients at all times
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care when necessary
- Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry standards
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations
- Proven experience in patient service, customer service, and medical terminology
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques
- Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and occupational health practices preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assess patient needs effectively
- Prior med spa experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and compassion for clients
