Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated Office Manager who can take charge of daily operations and keep our office functioning efficiently. This role requires someone who is confident in communication, capable of multitasking, and ready to lead our administrative systems and front desk admin with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage insurance billing and follow-ups
- Handle patient billing and account management
- Complete provider credentialing and maintenance
- Process prior authorizations
- Respond to and manage medical records requests
- Run payroll and assist with basic HR functions
- Maintain office inventory and supplies
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
- Support the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Strong leadership skills and willingness to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to take charge and problem-solve independently
- Previous experience in medical, chiropractic, or healthcare office management preferred
