Overview: Goddess Maintenance Company (formerly The W Nail Bar), a natural nail salon brand, is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to elevate and grow our digital presence across all platforms. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute an annual and monthly social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Own the content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities, brand campaigns, salon openings, promotions, and cultural moments.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, community engagement, and real-time content opportunities.
- Monitor platform updates and evolving best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation.
Content Creation & Creative Direction
- Concept, produce, and edit high-quality photo, video, and graphic content tailored for each platform.
- Capture content regularly in salons, including stylist features, services, behind-the-scenes moments, client stories, and educational clips.
- Oversee aesthetic direction, ensuring that all content aligns with brand standards and current beauty and lifestyle trends.
- Collaborate to develop creative assets for campaigns, paid ads, events, and partnership initiatives.
Paid Social & Ad Management
- Assist in planning, creating, and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.
- Develop ad creative, messaging, and audience targeting based on brand goals.
- Monitor ad performance daily/weekly and adjust campaigns to improve efficiency, reach, and ROI.
- Track and report on key metrics, including CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS, and audience engagement trends.
- Stay current on platform updates, new ad formats, and paid social best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive.
Influencer, Ambassador, and Community Engagement
- Support influencer and ambassador content needs by coordinating deliverables, approvals, and cross-posting.
- Identify new creators and micro-influencers who align with beauty, lifestyle, and wellness trends.
- Engage actively with community members, clients, creators, and local partners across all platforms to drive meaningful relationships and brand love.
Analytics, Trends & Reporting
- Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, content performance, and conversion.
- Prepare monthly social reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations for continued improvement.
- Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to inform new content opportunities and brand direction.
Travel: This role is based in our Westerville, Ohio, corporate office and will require weekly travel to local salons. Occasional travel to our Cleveland and Indianapolis salons is required as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Beauty, wellness, or lifestyle experience preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and cultural moments that drive engagement.
- Experience creating viral or high-performing content is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in at least one design or editing tool (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent).
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft on-brand captions, scripts, and narratives.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. Small to mid-sized company experience is preferred.
- Must be located in Columbus, OH.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 based on experience
