Position Summary:
The School Psychologist Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to assigned school psychologists. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, compiling and distributing reports and materials, and responding to inquiries from a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to school psychologists
- Establish and maintain student and program records
- Compile, prepare, and distribute reports and materials
- Respond to inquiries from staff, families, and outside agencies
- Assist with scheduling and coordination as needed
