Clark Davidson Elementary is seeking a qualified candidate for an Elementary Library Clerk position for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will provide clerical and organizational support to the Library Media Specialist. Responsibilities include assisting with ordering, cataloging, inventory management, and maintaining library materials and equipment while supporting student learning and engagement.

Essential Duties
- Assist with daily library operations, including processing materials, shelving, repairs, and recordkeeping
- Support students and staff in using library resources and technology
- Help maintain accurate inventory of books, equipment, and supplies
- Check in/out materials and manage overdue records
- Receive and inspect shipments; report damages as needed
- Assist students with research and computer use
- Help organize and run book fairs and library events
- Maintain an orderly, welcoming library environment
- Assist with displays and seasonal decorations
- Support student supervision and uphold school behavior expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Library Media Specialist
