Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Director to support our educational programs and administrative operations. In this role, you will collaborate with educators, manage curriculum development, oversee program quality, and ensure compliance with educational standards. Your leadership will inspire teaching excellence and enhance the overall learning experience for our students.

Duties

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum aligned with current educational best practices and standards
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of teaching staff to maintain high-quality instruction
  • Provide administrative oversight of educational activities, including compliance with licensing requirements and accreditation standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in working in a preschool/ early childhood setting as a teacher. Some experience in education administration within an early childhood setting
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing teams effectively
  • Excellent writing skills for grant proposals, reports, and curriculum documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and external partners to foster a positive learning environment

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
