Godby Hearth & Home is looking for a motivated, hands-on professional to join our installation team. In this full-time, year-round role, you'll work with industry-leading hearth products—both gas and wood-burning—making homes warmer, safer, and more inviting.

What You’ll Do
- Install fireplace systems per manufacturer specs, Godby standards, and local codes.
- Conduct site inspections and take final measurements.
- Keep paperwork tight and accurate—details matter.
- Maintain showroom displays and assist with customer-facing tasks.
- Lift heavy equipment (75 lbs solo, 200 lbs with the team), climb ladders, and work on rooftops.
- Think critically, problem-solve on-site, and adapt to each day’s unique challenges.
- Strong mechanical skills and confidence with power/hand tools.
- Familiarity with framing, blueprints, gas and electrical connections (preferred but not required).
- Great communication and time management skills.
- Respect for safety and a valid driver’s license (no DUIs).
- The mindset of a team player—someone who owns their responsibilities and takes pride in their craft.

- Pay Range: $19–$40/hour depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–5:00 pm (45 hours/week) with optional overtime in busy seasons.
