Company Description God’s Storehouse is a nonprofit food pantry located at 750 Memorial Drive in Danville, VA, serving individuals and families across Danville and Pittsylvania County. The organization’s mission is to collect and distribute food to neighbors experiencing food insecurity, while promoting nutrition and healthy eating habits. God’s Storehouse partners with local faith-based organizations, businesses, schools, and volunteers to strengthen community support networks. In addition to food distribution, the pantry connects customers to local resources that address broader needs and help improve overall quality of life. Role Description We are seeking a visionary Executive Director to build on our strong foundation and guide the organization into its next chapter of service.

The Executive Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Danville, VA, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of God’s Storehouse operations.

Key Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide organizational leadership and foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence.
• Strengthen relationships with faith communities, businesses, volunteers, and community leaders.
• Partner with the Board of Directors to establish strategic priorities and pursue new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Development Director to support fundraising and ensure responsible stewardship of resources.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience.
