As the organization prepares for the retirement of dref" current Executive Director, the Board of Directors seeks an individual who will build upon this strong foundation while thoughtfully guiding God's Storehouse into its next chapter.

Duties
Organizational Leadership
- Provide leadership for the daily operations of God's Storehouse while maintaining a culture rooted in compassion, accountability, professionalism, and servant leadership.
Community Leadership
- Serve as the organization's primary ambassador by developing meaningful relationships with faith communities, businesses, foundations, civic organizations, agencies, volunteers, and community partners.
Financial Stewardship
- Collaborate with the Development Director for fundraising and ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization through effective budgeting, financial oversight, and resource management.
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the Board of Directors to establish organizational priorities, evaluate opportunities for growth, and implement strategies that strengthen God's Storehouse for future generations.
First-Year Leadership Priorities
- During the first year, the Executive Director will be expected to focus on listening, learning, relationship-building, and thoughtful planning.
- Build relationships with staff, volunteers, donors, businesses, faith communities, and community partners.
- Learn the operational and financial structure of the organization.
- Assess current programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Strengthen community awareness of God's Storehouse's
- Work collaboratively with the Board to refresh or develop a multi-year strategic plan.
- Increase community engagement through partnerships and outreach.
- Ensure sound financial stewardship and organizational accountability.
- Preserve the culture of compassion and service that has become synonymous with God's Storehouse.
