Roofing Sales Representative — Job Description
Our Sales Representatives visit homeowners, educate them about roof issues, and help them schedule inspections and replacement projects. This role focuses on building trust, creating relationships, and guiding customers through the process from the first contact to the signed contract.
What you'll do:
- Visit neighborhoods and talk with homeowners.
- Offer free roof inspections after storms or visible damage.
- Take photos, collect basic information, and submit it to the office.
- Explain our services, warranties, and process in simple terms.
- Follow up with leads by phone and text.
- Work with the team to schedule inspections and estimates.
- Help customers through the insurance or financing process (when needed).
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Skills we're looking for:
- Friendly, confident, and good communicator.
- Comfortable talking to people in person.
- Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Basic phone and text skills
- Sales experience is helpful
- Must have your own transportation
Compensation:
Commission-based (earn per roof sold) with high income potential.
