Job Description: We are seeking customer service and technology-oriented individuals to join our team as Event Specialists in the Denver metro area. As an Event Specialist, you will report to the On-Site Manager and be responsible for supporting the execution of multiple fundraising elements throughout the event. Responsibilities: iPad/Technology and Software Utilization. Check-in and check-out of guests. Digital and live auction bid support. Data entry. Other customer assistance. Technology troubleshooting skills. Customer Service. Critical thinking. Awareness, Focus, and Attentiveness to the Onsite Manager's guidance and instruction, as well as active attendee interaction.
Requirements: Experience in event support, customer service, fundraising or related field. Experience working with event software is preferred. EX-GiveSmart, Classy, Auctria, or Givergy.
Attire: All Black Professional
This is a 1099 contract position with most events taking place in the Fall & Spring.
