Role Overview:
We are hiring a Talent Partner to join our growing team. This role operates at the intersection of technology, private equity, and community building. You will work directly with founders and executive teams across our portfolio to identify, engage, and introduce exceptional candidates across key functions including engineering, GTM, finance, security, operations, and more.
You will also play a central role in developing the Go-Hired Talent Community ("The Collective"). This is our curated network of high-performing operators and leaders who help shape the next generation of market-leading technology companies.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to influence growth at scale and build meaningful relationships with top operators across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a list of portfolio companies acting as a talent advisor, partner, and recruiter.
- Source, evaluate, and introduce top talent to portfolio companies across critical functions.
- Build, manage, and expand the Go-Hired Talent Community, maintaining a high-touch, “white glove” experience for members.
- Support internal talent operations: tracking pipelines, optimizing CRM/workflow tools, and reporting progress to leadership.
- Help coordinate founder events, executive roundtables, and off-sites to strengthen the Goanna and Go-Hired network.
Qualifications (REQUIRED):
- 4 years of recruiting experience within a startup, technology, or agency company.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence; able to engage confidently with founders, C-levels, and senior operators.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple searches and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, Clay, and recruiting software (LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Wiza, RecruitCRM, etc.).
- Passion for technology and a strong interest in supporting high-growth companies at scale.
- Comfort in the uncomfortable. Ability to "wear multiple hats" across Goanna's mission.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
- A culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation.
- Significant room for growth across Goanna’s talent and investment platform.
