Each member plays a critical role in delivering a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.About the Job:We are looking for a Talent Partner who is excited to identify, engage, and help hire the best revenue talent in fintech. You will work directly with hiring managers to scale multiple departments across the org. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to growth, influence, and ownership as we continue to build a high-performing, distributed team.Responsibilities:Source and attract top talent, with a focus on high-growth SaaS environments.Partner directly with leaders to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategy.Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and job boards to build and manage diverse candidate pipelines.Research talent hotspots (companies, markets, and communities) to identify top performers and centers of excellence.Craft compelling outreach messaging and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.Maintain up-to-date records in our ATS (Greenhouse) and support scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting.Be a culture ambassador by ensuring alignment with SmartAsset's values and hiring standards.Skills/Experience you have:4 years of experience in talent acquisitionExperience being a generalist- you have supported Technical, Sales, Marketing, Etc.
